To ensure that every morning is not necessary like every other, breakfast at Hôtel Le Lavoisier varies the pleasures, especially the sweet ones. Mini-clafoutis, pasteis de nata, or small vanilla flans beckon, according to the mood of the day, paired with mainstays such as waffles, crêpes and pancakes. The buffet breakfast is served on the ground floor and gives priority to local producers and organic produce, with refined cheeses, fruit and vegetables in season, cured meats, eggs to your liking, and an array of Viennese pastries and breads. Our aim is to create a truly flavourful first meal of the day, which can also be served in your room.

Honesty bar

For romantic rendezvous

Did you say the “Honesty” bar? Let's be honest, the bar at Hotel Ginette à la Folie could be more aptly named the “Bliss” bar since it has unearthed a few local rarities: in the lounge, lavishly decorated with books, board games, candleholders without candles and other curiosities tucked in the corners, you can concoct your elixir of choice by using our notebook filled with cocktail recipes devised by the in-house team. A shot of “Mentheuse” (a refreshing crème de menthe), a zest of “Pulpeuse” with a dash of lemon for a long drink, a thirst for organic “Guinguettes” - fruity sparklers that are “Oh So Ginette!” - one apple-raspberry, the other apple-ginger… take your pick! So many enlivening sips, they could go to your head... And when the weather is great, take them up to the roof.
